MegaLAP: Chassis Set Up Prior to Competition
Due to popular demand Ignition.My and FA Racing will once again offer their on site Chassis Set Up services. During the last SNF Track Day, SNF Participants in CAMPRO Chase, FF Festival and Street 1.8 Open had their car set up by Chassis Maestro and Champion Race Drive Faidzil Alang. Much improvements were gained and the customers ended being very happy with the set up and advice given.

What does it all mean?
- Corner Weighting
o Setup for optimum balance for your car, left-right and front-rear. A balanced car has the optimum handling balance for both left and right turns, tuned for maximum turn-in capability and traction on corner-exit.
- Ride Height
o From our database we have the basic measurements of most popular racing cars suspension system, and are able to set your ride height for optimum cornering performance. Ride height determines where the control arms operate within their normal range of travel, and these need to be set appropriately to maximise suspension articulation.
- Alignment
o Alignment settings for the road differ from set-ups for the race track. From our database and experience we have alignment geometry settings that combine with the proper ride height adjustments in order to improve turn-in and mid-corner balance. Our alignment measurements are also more accurate than the computers in the shop.
- Complete package
o Our services are a complete package that are set to work within specific parameters rather than standalone, and as a package will see your laptimes improve by a minimum of 1 – 2 seconds!
